- Take the STEP ONE QUIZ: Becoming an EMA Guide.
- Send us your resume and a cover letter.
- When invited, take the STEP TWO QUIZ: Reflection and Research.
- Next, STEP THREE: Response to a Case Study/Scenario.
- When scheduled, interview with us.
When responding to the quiz questions, please make your answers thoughtful and deep. We highly recommend reading 3 books before submitting your responses: “Courage to Grow” by Laura Sandefer, “Unschooling Rules” by Clark Aldrich, and “Raising Free People: Unschooling as Liberation and Healing Work by Akilah Richards.
We recommend writing your longer answers in a google doc so your answers don’t get lost, because you cannot save as you go. The quizzes must be submitted at one time.
